It amazes me how time quickly passes, but what’s wonderful is the fact that we get to experience beautiful milestones during the time we have no matter how quickly it passes. In a beautiful dress and adorning a beautiful smile, she shines bright for her parents and family to be so proud of her. I know her day was just as wonderful as she looked on her First Communion day. May she always be blessed!
Each year I get to take this family’s photos and each year I think to myself how great it is to be a part of their life and experiences.
I look forward to watching little Z grow up to be such a big girl. Her eyes shine so bright when she is with her parents. There is a love there that grows and grows and I am so happy to capture that.
Thank you! Enjoy the memories.
Another year gone by and another year older! That went by super quick, feels like just yesterday I was taking Ninja Turtle themed photos of her.
Well, this year she wanted to dive right into SUPER HERO action. She wanted a mask, a cape and some kicks to go with it. We hit the streets caped crusader style to take these photos and she absolutely had a BLAST, if you can’t tell by her facial expressions. With a WHAM! POW! KABOOM! we finished these pictures up in FLASH! It was hard to pick which images to post because I truly loved them all due to her energy.
She is honestly ALL the things I LOVE wrapped into a tiny bundle. I can’t wait to see what SUPER amazing stuff she will do in life.
Happy SUPER 6th Birthday, Sophia! I hope you had a blast.

Quite frankly, I love taking photos of children, because I envy the fact that they live carefree and have such an innocence to them.
Little Sophia Laurel(not so little anymore) came back for another photo session and I was so in awe of how much she’s grown since I have seen her last. Of course, she has great style because her momma dresses her and makes her look quite chic. I was surprised though at how much she liked to run around, explore and play with DIRT! Sophia! It’s all good, because today was a day for her to be one with nature and she was! Looking forward to many more sessions with her again.
It’s a little nerve racking when you have to do a large family portrait because you never know what to expect and how everything will ultimately turn out.
The fact that I was with some familiar faces and that everyone was so laid back and comfortable put me at ease. I am glad that I had the opportunity to work with all these individuals in the images below. It’s always great to see familiar faces and meet new people as well. Can’t forget the little cutie pie in these pictures! All the best to this awesome family.
I was so happy to see this family as I’ve watched Chloe grow up and now Max is getting big so quick also. Where does the time go?!
We had a very cold morning, but we managed to snap a few shots in hopes to finish up and warm up with some hot chocolate afterwards. I absolutely love the kids’ facial expressions.
The holidays are quickly approaching and what best to do than cozy up next to your love, have some cocoa and smell the fresh pine in the air. We have so much to be thankful for and these 2 are showing it, right here, having fun and anxiously awaiting the Holidays to celebrate life, love, family and spread good cheer.
